New Retail App

You must use the same username and password that you used with the old retail app.

  • Shop Interface (Cashier): This is for the cashier’s use. It includes the "Reports" menu and allows for administering bet bookings from the self-service terminals and printing bet slips directly.
  • Read-only Interface (Self-Service): This is the primary interface for customers. It allows them to browse Prematch and Live events, view statistics, and save their bet selections for a cashier to process. It does not allow direct printing.

On the Shop Interface (Cashier), click the magnifying glass icon in the top menu. This will open a search window where you can manually search for Events, Tournaments, and Categories.

  • Today's Matches: Shows all events scheduled for the current date.
  • Highlights: Displays a curated list of featured events selected by the sportsbook provider.
  • Upcoming: Shows a selection of games that will start soon.
  • Full Schedule: Provides a long list of all games on a selected date, including dates in the near future.

You should use the self-service terminal. Select your desired events, then click "Save bet" at the bottom of the screen. This will generate a booking code and QR code, which the cashier will confirm and print your bet slip.

This is the only approved approach, which reduces the tendency for losses that were common in the old system. Selections made directly on the cashier interface are printed immediately and can lead to losses.

Yes. Click on the graph icon for any event to access detailed statistics such as head-to-head records, league tables, fixtures, and more to help you make data-driven choices.

Yes. You have access to live game-play animations for ongoing events, which provide real-time information on the happenings in your selected games.

A screen will pop up displaying a 4-character booking code and a QR code. This is your proof of selection. You must provide this to the cashier to finalise your bet.

This means that the self-service terminal has a logged-out session. To resolve this issue, reset the bet slip by deleting the selected events and restarting the app.

  1. Click the QR code icon in the main menu to access the "Bookings" section.
  2. Find the customer's bet using the 4-character code or by scanning their QR code.
  3. Click on the bet and then click "Confirm" to display all the customer's selections.
  4. Verify the bet with the customer.
  5. Click "Place Bet" to stake the bet and print the slip. A "Success" message will appear in the top right corner.

The app will typically show you why the error came up in the first place and direct you on what to do. If the error is not explained, you have to reset the slip and allow the customer to reselect their events.

In the bookings list, you can click "Delete" to remove a bet that the customer does not wish to proceed with.

Click on the settings icon to manage odd change preferences. You can select options like:

  • Accept Odds Change: Allows the bet to be placed with the new odds, preventing the bet from being cancelled due to any odds change.
  • Accept Higher Odds: A seWng that only accepts the bet if the odds have increased.

Share all relevant details of the bet that has failed to print with customer support, so that they can cancel the bet slip.

Yes, as there is no new backoffice office to go with the new retail app.

  • Click "Check coupon".
  • Enter the valid bet slip code into the window that opens and click the arrow to proceed.
  • The system will display the payout details.
  • Click the GREEN "Pay cash" button, and then confirm by clicking the RED "Pay cash" button to finalise the payout.

The customer must present the physical winning bet slip ticket to a cashier, who will then process the payout
