No. The app is designed to automatically log you into your user account for both the Cashier
and Self-Service terminals. If, for any reason, you are not logged in, click the login icon in the top
right corner of the screen to log in manually.

You should use the self-service terminal. Select your desired events, then click "Save bet" at the bottom of the screen. This will generate a booking code and QR code, which the cashier will confirm and print your bet slip.
This is the only approved approach, which reduces the tendency for losses that were common in the old system. Selections made directly on the cashier interface are printed immediately and can lead to losses.

A screen will pop up displaying a 4-character booking code and a QR code. This is your proof of selection. You must provide this to the cashier to finalise your bet.
This means that the self-service terminal has a logged-out session. To resolve this issue, reset the bet slip by deleting the selected events and restarting the app.
The app will typically show you why the error came up in the first place and direct you on what to do. If the error is not explained, you have to reset the slip and allow the customer to reselect their events.
In the bookings list, you can click "Delete" to remove a bet that the customer does not wish to proceed with.
